The Financial Equanimity Programme
A bespoke one-to-one programme, shaped around you.
Everyone's story is different, so success looks different too. For one it's clearing a debt. For another it's turning down the promotion - realising they'd been chasing it for their sense of worth, when what they really wanted was the time it was costing them. One gains money, the other lets it go, and both are right.
WHAT PEOPLE SAY
"She's completely non-judgemental, and brings clarity to something I've always found overwhelming. It's transformed the way I look at money and taken away the stress."
HOW IT WORKS
1. Make it visible
Together we map out your numbers and your beliefs and behaviours, giving you your full picture.
2. Change it in real life
Insight alone rarely changes how we feel or the decision we make. The real change happens between sessions, in small experiments you begin in your real life.
3. Define the target
Most of us have never really thought about what "enough" for us means, and so we keep working for something that never arrives.
THE INVESTMENT
£1,200 for the full programme
This includes the assessment, usually around six 1-to-1 sessions, the homework in-between, plus your spreadsheet, report and bespoke resource pack.
Its worth saying, I don’t sell you financial products or take commission - you're paying for my time.
If money's already a worry, £1,200 can feel like a lot. In my experience it tends to pay for itself quickly - in the decisions you start making differently.
Follow-on sessions are £200/hour if you feel like you want them, though the work is built to stand on its own.
YOU WALK AWAY WITH
Your Spreadsheet
Built for you, its not just a few scenarios at this moment in time - its a working spreadsheet in Excel or Google Sheets for you to keep and update. This is your bespoke tool to manage your money.
Your Story
Through the sessions, our money psychology: the beliefs, the patterns, what sits underneath.
Your Resource Pack
None of us were taught about finance at school. If we were lucky we learn some good habits from our parents and figured out the rest along the way. This pack covers topics relevant to you that you can refer back to.
Your Questions
-
Item In-Depth Assessment
You complete an in-depth assessment that surfaces your dominant money beliefs and behaviours. Your answers inform how we tailor the programme to you.
Build the Full Picture of Your Numbers
We map your complete financial position - what you earn, spend, own and owe. Together we build a spreadsheet (excel or google sheets) you keep and can use going forward.
Experiments
Now begins deliberate, small-dose exposure to the things that trigger money-anxiety: checking a balance, negotiating, giving generously. Done on purpose, not avoided, and noticing the body's response as you start taking control.
Stories, Beliefs & Behaviours
We trace your full arc together: where your money story began, the belief it formed, the behaviour it drives, and where it lives in the body. We name it precisely - not to fix it yet, but to see it clearly for the first time.
Experiments
You conduct real-world experiments - situations designed to test the old belief against what actually happens. You practise catching the beliefs as they fire in real time - noticing the body's response before reaching for the habitual action.
Defining Enough
We define what enough actually means - what the future needs to look like, and how you want to feel day to day. By the end, the number is no longer the only thing the nervous system checks for safety.
Beyond the Course
You leave with:
a financial model in Excel you know how to use, built around your actual life;
a full written report covering your money psychology - the stories, the beliefs, the behaviours and your vision for the future; and
a pack of relevant financial literacy resources
-
Usually around six sessions and with homework in between, plus the assessment before we begin — every programme is bespoke and paced around you, not a fixed timetable.
-
Collaborative, non-judgemental , and straightforward. I’m here to guide you through the process and make it smooth as possible.
-
Not at all - most people come precisely because they've been avoiding them. We start exactly where you are, and there's no judgement in it.
-
No - I'm not a therapist, and this isn't treatment. It's coaching that works both sides of money: the practical numbers, and the beliefs underneath them.
-
I dont sell you financial products, make recommendations and take commissions. I am paid for my time by you only.
-
A fair question. In my experience it tends to pay for itself quickly, in the decisions you start making differently - and in what it costs to carry this for another year instead.
